Malas are a traditional tool used to assist in the repetition of prayers or mantras; like rosary beads, they are used to keep track of the count. Nomad carries a variety of malas, made from natural materials by our mala experts Jake, Bryson and Ben. We have varying lengths, including wrist malas and 108-bead full malas.
We are also happy to do custom work according to the client's specifications, and have done repairs and re-drilling of existing malas that needed a new and more secure cord. Please contact us if you're interested in having a piece made specifically for you.
