Mystic Quartz is natural colorless (white) quartz that has been coated, giving it a unique rainbow color effect. Therefore, it is not a gem type, but is an enhanced clear quartz. Mystic quartz may be so-called because its attractive changing colors appear deep, mysterious and unusual. Mystic quartz usually appears to display rainbow colors with greens, blues and purples being quite prominent.

The tops of the stones are wire wrapped in delicate Sterling silver wire and they hang from quality Sterling silver ear wires. The Mystic Quartz are 6mm x 9mm faceted briolette teardrops that sparkle as you move. Overall length of the earring is 24mm (7/8").
